If you miss an appointment without cancelling, consultation time is lost that another patient could have used.
Cancelling
Can't make it? Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance: call 030 760 1301, send us a WhatsApp message, or email info@huisartsjanskerkhof.nl. Someone else can then take your place.
What happens if you don't cancel?
A note ‘did not attend without notice’ is added to your record. If it happens more often, we may charge for the appointment: €25 for a single and €50 for a double consultation. Your health insurance does not cover this.
